"I came at 10pm and they made me talk to them through a window by the front door in the cold. They wouldnt even open the lobby even though it wasnt that late and they knew i had a reservation. I got to my room and it smelled like smoke, suppose to be smokeless. It was dirty with hair on the bed. Grime in the shower and sink. Walls were visibly dirty with hand marks. They did not clean my room inbetween even though i stayed several days. I will not be going there again."

"Great hotel, and one of the cleanest pet-friendly hotels I've been to. I love how they have a cute robot as security. I did not see any homeless or suspicious characters around the property at night. The location is great and quiet, yet close to any store you need. "Out of all the properties in this area, this one was the scariest. I thought I had booked the one across the street that has a fence around it. High crime and homeless people "

"Kitchen was not fully equipped for cooking. Expedia website shows they have ice, cooking utensils etc. They don't have any of that they will offer ice trays."

"I would like to be less critical; however, this was overall an extremely bad experience, and for paying $100 a night, that’s unacceptable. The sheets had stains on them, the pillows were flimsy and nonexistent, so that you had to double them over just to be like a normal pillow. On top of that, you only got two pillows per queen bed. "Unless you’re very desperate for a room i would keep driving. Absolutely filthy room. I used towels on the floor to walk from the bathroom to the bed and I used hand towels on the vanity to cover the surface. The smell in the hallway was of old cigarettes. I paid for two nights but only stayed one night. I forfeited the money as it wasn’t worth it to stay and be so uncomfortable."
