Our hotel room door was broke and wouldn’t latch unless you pushed extra hard on it. It had a huge gap at the top between the door and the door frame. "Customer service was good, place was good for our budget, room was horrible, some disgusting not sure if it was food (dried underneath the bed) I sprayed the whole room with antibacterial spray and my husband had to fix the light in the bathroom it was hanging down because we didn’t want anyone else to come in the room it was already bad and we just need a place to lay down."
