Wrightsville Beach house 4 Bdr on the South End with Sunset Views of the Channel

This fully updated beach home is located at the desirable south end of Wrightsville Beach tucked in to a very quiet sound side street with a stunning view of the Intracoastal Waterway. The street has two sound side public access points just steps away from the home and just across the street is the public access path to the beach. The Oceanic Restaurant and Crystal Pier are close by as well as the South End Surf shop.
The 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is furnished with brand new beds and furniture. All linens as well as towels are provided ($200 savings). The Kitchen is fully stocked with all brand new appliances, including a Keurig for coffee pods. The layout of the home is open and modern which allows for great family gatherings either on the large dining table or the beautiful outdoor deck with great outdoor seating.
This home is perfect for those seeking a peaceful, quiet escape where beach combing and lazy days reading books are on the agenda. It is also a fantastic spot for Biking, Surfers, Kiteboarder's or stand-up paddle boarding. The easy beach access can't be topped. The neighborhood is mainly residential where "lights out at 10 pm" is highly encouraged by everyone. Off street Parking is available under the house for up to 4 cars.

This is a beautiful and exceptionally clean home, with a fantastic view of the waterway across the street. The beach is. Very short walk away. The kitchen is well appointed and had everything we need to cook for 6 people. Melanie was super responsive and helpful. I’d stay here again for sure!

We had a fantastic stay. It was awesome to have the wagon, beach, chairs, beach towels, and easy access to storing them under the house with the laundry facility. The unit was well equipped, and had everything we needed and was represented accurately online. The neighborhood was perfect, quiet and enjoyable. We will definitely plan to come back

From the moment we walked into the home our mouths dropped at how gorgeous the property was. The home looks exactly like the pictures, fresh and welcoming. This home made our trip to Wilmington one to remember, the host was also very kind and welcoming as well as accommodating! Highly recommend.

We loved our stay! The house was very clean and well stocked with kitchen, bathroom, and household items, appliances, utensils, etc. The porch was perfect for sitting in the shade and looking over the water. And the beach access was only a quick walk away. We definitely recommend staying here!

House is exactly as shown, lovely soothing decor. Unbelievable amount of towels (!!) in smartly renovated bathrooms. Plenty of parking under the house for additional dinner guests. Empty lot across the street seals the deal on a gorgeous view :)) Owner considerately provided a late check out upon request.

Another Great Stay!

Wedding Weekend
