"The property is just as advertised. It is modern and updated with quality finishes. The property was very clean and well maintained. The check in procedure was easy and seamless and the host was communicated proactively and was hospitable. It all added up to an enjoyable stay for our family."

"Check in was smoothly, property outside was nice and clean inside was clean with the exception of the master bathroom tub area (grout) needs to be renewed. Kitchen well stocked and clean. I will stay again providing master bathroom is brought up to expectations."

"This was a great stay and fun for all of my family and friends! It was a unique house that has a lot of interesting rooms. We enjoyed having the ability to have a family and friends party in a secluded venue. We loved the ability to do clay shooting too! "

"The area is safe. The property is around the corner from Fairway Middle school and in the morning we enjoyed a walk to Jack L McLean Jr Park close by. There were some shack looking homes, but many have been replaced by newer homes. We checked in at 9 PM in the dark and if I had been alone I would have been scared because it’s not like a well lit hotel parking lot, it’s a house in the country near the Florida state fairgrounds. We got a code for a keypad from the owner and a key from the lock...

"From booking to checking in to checking out everything was super easy. The cottage is just as it's pictured-- super cute and very clean. The location was great! We were in town for FSU's Parents Weekend and would love to stay here again for future events with our Seminole. Rorry was a great host and was very easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay."
