"Studio rooms are smaller than the pictures online. Very poorly equipped kitchen which is placed basically as the entry hall. No dining space. We had a long term stay in AKA before. I can't even compare the quality. Very mediocre. Not a good option if you are after a "comfortable" long term stay. Staff are friendly."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful stay at Radio City Apartments in NYC! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Times Square and Rockefeller Center. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfect for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was so convenient. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New York City!"

"Unfortunately, my check-in experience was very disappointing. The person working at the front desk was very rude and unhelpful. I felt uncomfortable from the moment I arrived, and my questions were not handled respectfully. I expected much better customer service from a hotel. I hope management addresses this issue so future guests have a better experience.

"The building management was helpful. We didn't have to get in touch with the host at all. The check in was smooth. If you arrive earlier than your check in time there in no place to keep your luggage."
