"The keyword here is LOCATION. This cottage is perfectly located. Right on the beach. Walking distance to an adorable market with restaurants, entertainment, shops and ice cream. It's also perfectly situated to hit a ferry to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard. It's a couple minutes drive to a fantastic new walkable shopping place with excellent restaurants. Cottage itself is very nice. Bedrooms and bathrooms were fine, kitchen was well stocked. Check out was a cinch. Perfect place for our family...

"This was our second summer staying at Steven’s cottage. Everything was perfect, from check in process to proximity to beach, amenities (grill, pool, comfortable beds and communal space). It is a great location and the beach is lovely, not too crowded and the great for walking. We’re already booked for 2026!"

Our favorite amenities on the property were the outdoor shower experience, the fire pit in the backyard for our s'mores night and the comfortable decor that was intentionally placed in each room of the home. However, Vacasa created issues with the access and locking of the entrance door.
