"Um.. i d8dnt really like the fact that they dont come and clean the room for 3 days if you stay for a while. Like no trash emptied, no new towels i think youd at least expect some new towels and garbage emptied everyday.. but no... and not going to lie the shower shelf wasnt even connected to the shower wall on one side . And the showrr walls wernt the cleanest. But the staff was good but 8 think they need to change how they only have housekeeping every three days to at least once a day to at...

"I always have a great stay when staying at this hotel, they are undergoing renovations in the lobby area and it looks STUNNING! The workers are always very kind and welcoming! The breakfast is having a lot of new upgrades added! I have been choosing this hotel for my stays in the cities for over a year now and honestly wouldn’t change anytime! Only downside is there is no pool but it doesn’t drop my rating at all! "

My complaint- door was broken, when we first used the key it worked but then it stopped working and the workers couldnt fix it until the next day when we left for a little bit. Very inconventient because we had to keep bothering them to manually open our door. And it wasn't just one room, both room door did that.
