Breakfast was pretty basic and not a lot of options. Coffee was really good though. Maybe best I've had at a hotel. Hot tub was not nearly hot enough, but pool and hot tub area were clean. Room was spacious and really good for the price. Overall good place and would stay again.

Staff, rooms and facilities were fantastic! We booked 3 rooms for 4 days for a wedding. The reason we booked here was due to the pool and slide. The pool was closed our whole stay, huge disappointment!

Nice big room. Clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Desk and dining staff were very helpful. Nice breakfast with a lot of choices. The lady tending the pool was so pleasant and helpful!!! Biggest downfall was the the pool was cold, hot tub was lukewarm, and the slide was out of order.

Staff, room and facilities were great! Pool was not open, this was the main reason we booked here so that was a huge disappointment. We booked 3 rooms for a wedding (4 day stay) The pool being under maintenance was again a HUGE disappointment. :(

We were there during a remodel. We were in an old room. It's was less than comfortable. We enjoyed our stay as the staff was friendly, professional and willing to do what they could to make us more comfortable. I will definitely stay here again after the remodel to try the new rooms.

The reviews I read on this hotel were very good, so I was disappointed. I booked this specifically because there was a kiddie pool and a waterslide. Unfortunately, the kiddie pool wasn't working and there were a couple of bugs in the water, the slide was closed and the hot tub and surrounding area was quite dirty. The first room I was put in was also pretty dirty and the bedding didn't match LOL, I requested a new room and was immediately accommodated which was so nice and helpful. That room was so much better. I did notice some rooms were under construction and there were rolls of carpet in the hall so maybe I was just there at an in between time. The breakfast was good and staff were nice though. :)

Stayed for 4 nights staff and room were excellent but when we checked in on a Wednesday the waterslide was broke. Then asked about it on Thursday and the whole pool/hotub was closed for the rest of our time there. The main reason we booked there was for the pool/water slide for the kids. Needless to say we were all pretty bummed. I’d highly recommend calling to see if the pool area is open before booking. They won’t tell you if you don’t ask

I ask multiple times for an early check, because I was sick, the three women at the front desk said they would call when the room 3as ready, never called never tried to give me an alternative room. When I got there the room they sent me to was still occupied, went back to the desk and Garry made thing right. He is the only reason we will stay there again. The gal who takes care of the breakfast is very good. I will never understand, why when asked for an early check-in the staff was so totally against it. I would have glade paid for a suite if given that option or they could have move us to the first clean room. Lots of ways to help, but none from those three ladies. Garry was wonderful!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They are remodeling, new carpet in hallways, rooms, furniture in suite very nice. Had a lounge on 2nd floor with TV so if have extra company or want to visit a nice space is provided. Hot tub and pool were nice. Nice bathroom towels and linens . Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Would stay there again. Only thing in our room was water in bath shower drained very slowly. Rates reasonable.

Room was not cleaned-found a crumpled napkin and toothpick/skewer under the bed when we turned it down to go to sleep. The staff was excellent-very kind. Parking is great. Breakfast was okay, until we saw the prep room- absolutely disgusting...Amenities; ice machine was broken, so had to go to a different floor, which was fine, however the slide was out of order, and pancake maker wasn't working-if we had young kids, I would have been really disappointed.
