"Never stayed and I’m disappointed."

"The rooftop restaurant and bar is fabulous. The hotel is clean but very dated. They only provide daily cleaning if you request services. You have to hang a notice on the outside of your door with the things that you would like done checked off, like your ordering lunch at a hospital lol. The day I was going to check out however , they were banging on my door at 9:30. I was very annoyed. I told them I was still there packing up. Then they came and banged on the door again at 11! I couldn't...

"Big Room with lots of comfort. Mattress was extremely comfortable and pillows were lux. We use the pool. It was clean. Bath was a roll in which I requested. It was huge. No issues. Carpet lean and the coffee bar well stocked. Nice choices at breakfast."

"The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast was freshly made, tasty, and plentiful. Even though the building is in the middle of a remodel, everything was fresh and clean. We have no complaints."

"The breakfast was okay. The eggs would have been so much better scrambled rather than a rubbery omelet with green peppers. The biscuit and grits looked like they were no one’s favorite. Otherwise, the area is spotless and the culinary employees were very polite. "

"Motel was in a good area for what we needed. Workers at desk were very helpful. House maid was helpful, and I appreciated that she checked in with me every day. Included breakfast was fine/normal. Carpet in hallway needs cleaning. Garden/outdoor area needs a lot of work."

"The pool was out of service as was the elevator, the rooms were disgusting with used diabetic sharps on the floor, I nearly stepped on. Breakfast was nothing, 1 waffle limit, which i did not want due to the filthiness of the motel. The furniture was screwed together where drawers didnt work, microwave, and hair dryer did not work. Large hole in wall, windows broken,hallways smelled like pet urine, no wash cloths given. I stressed my concerns and the front desk employee was not the least bit...
