"Wife and I had a short stay before flying out of Gatwick. Front desk staff are very helpful even though we had small issues. Room and bathroom were extremely clean and modern, air-conditioning was nice. The shuttle service to the airport was convenient and the restaurant in the hotel made delicious food 10 out of 10 would recommend."

Lovely addition of free parking & breakfast via Expedia. Quality breakfast with plenty of options, fresh coffee and juices. No complaints and would gladly stay again if needed."

"The main thing wrong with this hotel is the furniture. It’s drab and not in good condition, the table over the mini fridge was tapped up with brown tape, to hold it together. Can’t you just buy a cheap new one? The chair by the bed was badly stained and there was gum in the carpets. In the bathroom the bath was stained and had no plug and no plug in the sink either, so hard to shave. These all make the place feel really unwelcoming. "The staff were fantastic, from the time that I arrived and they advised me about the parking, to the time I checked out and they offered a free late checkout and looked after my 4 bags while I relaxed on the beach for the day. The location is ideal, very close to the beach but in a relatively quiet neighborhood still easily accessible to the Brighton city centre, pier, etc."

"Very pleasantly surprised this is an absolute gem of a find. Easy access to Brighton by bus or car. Clean and comfortable rooms and great food. I’m a pescatarian so don’t eat meat so they are missing a trick with the Jamaican fayre as Mac & Cheese would have gone down well however great price and warm welcome and will come back again probably before the summer is finished."
