"Our view from the patio was amazing & our suite was just steps from the beach. We had a couples retreat at the spa that was out of this world. We will definitely be staying there again. "

"Once we were approved, and arrived at the property, we didnt have to register with anyone. It was super easy. The Landing app was very easy to use, and way to communicate with the property owners. We never had to use it to communicate, but knew that if we needed something we could reach out to someone using the app. Would highly recommend, and would use them again in the future. Thanks! "

"Booked a two night, weekend stay. the “property” is an abandoned vessel moored about 200 yards off shore accessible by watercraft only. No running water. ‘Water provided’ for personal hygiene and sanitary uses consisted of six sixteen ounce bottles and one 1 gallon jug half full. The onboard toilet was inoperable and ‘maintenance’ never arrived to remedy the situation. Spent the first night with the smell of human waste in the air. "I was here for work. Just need a space with some WiFi. This place has the potential to really be nice but the owner needs to take pride in the property. There were no towels, paper towels, barely any soap and the space was dirty. Had to go to Walmart and buy cleaning supplies or my anxiety would have not let me work. Overall a good place to be depending what you require. All I needed was WiFi and it was hard getting in touch with the property owner but by the end, I was good. "

"We had a fantastic time at Jackie’s property! She seems like a wonderful person and was so very nice. I think literally the only thing we wished was there was a pool with the very large backyard. The location was very quiet, neighborhood like. The access to the Cortez bridge was very close and the parking to this property was great. Inside you get a wow factor as soon as you walk in. I LOVE the open kitchen setup and the back porch is like the icing on the cake. Jackie had just about everything...

"Exceptional property! We truly had the most amazing stay. The property is so beautiful and clean. It has a ton of charm, and the view off the entire back of the home of the emerald green bay is unmatched!Between waking up to amazing sunrises, hearing the sound of the water, while enjoying the bay breeze and watching all of the dolphins swim by, it was one of the most serene and tranquil experiences. The pool and spa are brand new and we loved having options to swim in the pool, paddle board...

"Was supposed to depart at 6. I showed up at 5:15 and waited until 6 before i started calling their phone number. Had to call 15 times before i got an answer and they said they didnt know i booked it. Said they would have a captain out in 40 minutes. Called me back 20 minutes later to tell me they didnt have a captain. This was 2 weeks ago and i still haven't received a refund. There's either super unprofessional or scam artists."
