"Our family stayed here after 7 nights of camping. The showers had excellent water pressure, and we loved being able to do our laundry in our unit. We walked to the Liberty Bell and Geno's for cheesesteaks. Parking in the garage near Target was easy, and we left our car for two days and used public transportation. Unit was very clean and very comfortable. We did have an issue was a neighbor yelling and pounding on a door, and the property manager came and checked on us and solved their issue. The...

"The room was so much more spacious than we expected. It was clean and quiet and the hosts provided some nice staples for their guests. Getting in and out was very easy because of the stellar communication, and we had a very easy walk to the venue we werw going to, as advertised. Very happy with our stay, thank you!"

"The stay was very much enjoyable!! Loved the personal apartment feel. I actually enjoyed not having front desk concierge not watching me come and go. My only dislike was the mode of communication. Didn’t know to look in the Hotels.com messaging app for check in/out instructions. I was told I’d receive an email, but the messaging center was the email mentioned. Just a bit of confusion, but not enough to detour me from coming back to GoodSeed. I will definitely return!!"

"I was expecting a waterfront property based on the Expedia listing picture. It wasn’t, however, the street was cute and quant and a true picture would’ve sufficed. Aside from that, it was perfect a cozy place for a quick stay. The area felt safe and nice and quiet. Parking was convenient. Its location nearby a beautiful park and a driving range. The air quality was a pit poor. Worth the money and very am satisfied. "
