Discover a new adventure every day in this, private 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. This cozy room is located 20 miles away from the Grand Canyon National Park in a mobile home park 3 minutes down a gravel road. Let the worries of the world slip away while you prepare for your Grand Canyon adventure with 2 plush queen-size beds that sleep 2, a smart TV with WIFI, a microwave, and a mini fridge. Only minutes away from a gas station and restaurants.

Access will include two separate bedrooms, two private bathrooms, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, and smart TV. Due to our remoteness, our night skies offer world-class stargazing. This location is superb for getting the most out of your Grand Canyon experience, being right in the middle of the action of the Grand Canyon, Bearizona, and the Sky Walk.

We take your comfort very seriously, so let us know if there are any issues. We have people who live on site or close to it, to help the guest in any way.

You will be close to all the action, but in an incredibly relaxing and private escape. Just a 20-minute drive from the Grand Canyon National Park means you can arrive in time to see the sunrise or sunset. We also recommend checking out other nearby attractions, including: Bearizona in Williams or Downtown Flagstaff.The area you are in is 1 mile down a gravel road in a rural area. There are other houses and campers in the area, as well as street lights and security cameras./*

There is an airport and a park shuttle service in Tusayan, AZ, 20 miles away. Uber and Lyft are offered inside Grand Canyon National Park.

The location is in between the city of Williams, AZ, and the Grand Canyon South Rim. Although we use Williams’ zip code and city name in our address, our location is not inside the city of Williams, but it is 30 miles away from it. Please check the address with your GPS before driving to the location. From Highway 64 you will turn down a DIRT road called East Woodland Ranch Road. During winter months, it does snow, but most of the time the road is still drivable, even in cars. It’s located inside a mobile home park that has streetlights and is fenced in, but the area around the mobile home park is desolate and old. However, with it being so isolated, star gazing is highly recommended while you stay with us. There is a gas station 5 miles from the location that sells small amounts of produce and snacks. We do not have kitchens, but we suggest bringing food with you because there aren’t many options nearby besides the gas station and small restaurant 5 miles away from the property. We have charcoal BBQ pits, gazebos, and picnic tables around the property for guests to use. If there are any problems with the room, please message me through the booking platform, as it’s the fastest way to receive a response. Please be courteous to people who live and are traveling the area like yourself. For winter months we have a space heater located under the sink cabinet.

First of all, I never got a code from the property manager until one hour before. This caused me a little nervous. Do you think that would've been in the info. After I book the room, I messaged the owner to add another day to that they responded immediately. Then I had some other questions about general stuff that they did not respond to despite my messaging them twice. first of all the place was very trashy. They were bags of garbage behind the building next to ours. There was garbage all over under the stairs. I knew the place was small, but the bed was so close to the microwave and table. there was no place to go. The light was not hooked up to the switch, and the chain link was broken so I had to crawl up on the counter to turn on the light. Under the bed was very dirty and there was a rubber yuck. The shower pressure was good and the temperature was OK but the shower was hung so high and the shower was so small that I could not get the stream directed on my head. I had to flatten my body against the wall and try to get it rinsed off. It was horrible. There was supposed to be a K cup, but it did not work. This was depressing as I was expecting to have coffee. There were holes in the wall, and the whole place was dingy and very rundown. For the price, I did not expect a castle, but the pictures portrayed a much nicer place. It was very deceiving. It was depressing staying there, and I felt ripped off and deceived. I would never stay there again I hope others don't fal

Not worth it

Overall quite dirty, looks like they only come and clean the beds because everything else was pretty dirty. We spilled water and cleaned it up from the floor and the towel came back completely brown. Batteries in mini split were not working so we were quite cold and ended up just leaving after one night. Also they charged a 30 fee for extra guest but it is a two bed two bath and we only had three people. If it says sleeps 4 I would assume you could have 4 but beware they will charge you. Would not recommend for the price we just ended up at a hotel for the same price.
