It’s about a 10 min walk to Victoria station and from there you can get anywhere in London! We were traveling with two teens and it was a great location! "The staff was excellent and the location was convenient to everything. However, the pool was quite small, the rooms were not very clean, and the bathroom layout felt awkward due to the doors. The bed mattress was also uncomfortable to sleep on."

"Our room was in the bottom of the annex. Immaculately clean, great condition facilities. Very quiet at night and in a great location. Just a few mins walk to Victoria station. Will definitely stay here again. Staff very welcoming and friendly. "

Really convenient with the tube being a 3 min walk away. Loved the bar and how different the cocktails were to normal we didn’t try the restaurant however the food looked amazing. "Hotel was conveniently located for arrival at Victoria Station. Steps to Wicked. Many dining options around. Included breakfast was excellent. Room was quite large and comfortable for the price point in London. Only issue was we had booked a deluxe double and was initially given an accessible room with one bed. Staff were quick to help and moved us to the correct room the next morning. Thank you! "

"Ashburn Hotel is in a super accessible location in a clean, safe and elegant area of London. It's close to the tube and train stations and I had an easy time getting in to the hotel and traveling around. The breakfast was just darling with tea and coffee, cheeses, meats, fruit, pastries and juices. The staff was incredible and so helpful and I truly appreciate all they did to help me make my stay in Lodon memorable. I absolutely recommend staying here and would do so again. "

"Hospitality was very good but we were disappointed to find that a service charge was added to all purchases at the bar that we were not told about. We only realised this when reviewing the receipt. Service charges should be at the customers discretion. There was also a £50 deposit that was asked for on arrival but not clearly explained!! This was taken on my bank card (which worried me for the duration of my stay, as I had paid up front and never use room service or charge to my room) and...

"The room was very nice. Loved the shower which also had a hand shower attachment. The cleaning staff were really nice and complimentary snacks were added to the room each day along with bottled water. Our room was on the back and very quiet. We did have to keep our window open to maintain a comfortable temperature. We went to the bar twice and had drinks and snacks. The bartender was lovely and helped us choose drinks. Free chips & nuts were refilled as well. "
