"The property for us was very clean, well diverse, and had friendly and helpful staff. The location couldn't have been better suited with public transportation around London within a few minutes. All necessary stores was within walking distance, including restaurants, supermarkets and even a huge shopping mall. There is also lots of Caribbean (West Indian) heritage in the area and the hotel honored that with some rooms named after some Islands."

Record breaking awful heat wave in the hit London during our stay. No attempt to provide window box fan to draw in night air or to get portable air conditioning units. "Nice location and good sized room. Clean. Took off a star as the lighting in the room and bathroom was not great, and there was sometimes a weird smell coming from the drains (I think). It has air conditioning, which was essential when I was there."

"The rooms were clean and comfortable and we loved the community room with extra room essentials, laundry area, and storage space. The location is also very walkable and convenient. Wish there was a guest bathroom to use downstairs by the laundry/storage room. And the setup of not having a front desk, phone number, or actual people to communicate with was tricky. Not sure I recommend it for everyone. We had to communicate via Whatsapp, and sometimes responses were not fast enough."

"My room was clean and spacious with a small well equipped kitchen space. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The location was perfect with easy access to both the Piccadilly line to get to King’s Cross and the District line to get to Kew Gardens. We walked to Hyde park after dinner closeby. "God beliggenhet og stor leilighet. Pent og moderne. Ikke så praktisk med dårlig vifte nå i den voldsomme sommervarmen, skulle hatt en bedre vifte.
