The hotel changed ownership literally a day before we came so that created a bit of confusion on our part. Check-in and assistance was all virtual but they were wonderful accommodating our request for an early check-in after a nightmarish day and a half of travel from overseas which included a delay of our luggage. They were responsive to any of our requests. The bathroom was quite tight but that’s to be expected in a major city. Any deficits were appropriate to the price point and it felt a good value for what we paid. Location to the tube was good and we didn’t notice city noise.
