"Definitely a "Budget" Hotel, but Plenty hot water, clean, friendly help, fridge has actually has a freezing freezer and good micro. Bed and chairs were OK and TV Great."

"Those cabin will remind you of grandmas house. The photos do on do it justice. We fell in love with this little house the second we opened the door. The owners John and Linda live in the property next door. They checked in with us to see if we needed anything. They have walking trails on the property mapped out. We came up with the Jackson River Marathon. We will definitely be back, it really is beautiful country. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Washington Street Quarters! It was well-appointed, but we especially loved the "small town" character! We were passing through, but this made our stay so much more interesting than a standard hotel room!"

"visited with my girlfriend and Lynne went out of her way to accommodate us. it’s just a simple cabin, not a hotel room, but the listing was completely clear about all the details. it was exactly what we were looking for. the cabin was comfortable and the view is worth the whole thing."

"We enjoyed the location of the property and had so much fun with our dog in the warm Springs at the back of the home. Perfect location to walk to town and the Warm Springs Pools just down the road. Many wonderful dining options close by. We loved using the Wood Stove at night! "

"this place was out in the middle of nowhere but was amazing. It was so quiet you could hear your ears ringing. the sky was clear and beautiful we saw shooting stars, the milky way and just beautiful night sky. if your in to books this is a place to explore. the owner had to have thousands of books and they were all well organized. some of the books were published in the early 1900’s. the host was very friendly and I am assuming that he put a lot of love into building this home. "We couldn't be happier with our fourth stay with these wonderful hosts! Great fun at the creek and in the spa and lots of nearby spots to relax, fish, picnic, hike and find serenity. Highly recommended."
