"Room was not clean. Shower door didn’t close. Bathroom sink completely clogged. Expedia never sent my booking into the hotel after the GM approved the date change so there was no reservation. I had to pay a slightly higher “walk in” rate. Still waiting on Expedia to refund my original payment. Front desk staff in evening was rude. GM was very helpful however. "The restaurant was understaffed, and one (overworked) bar person was openly belligerent to customers. The other complained repeatedly (though pleasantly) about being the only person working. Since the property is not surrounded by other options for a meal, it made the stay disappointing. Having a faux Starbucks near the lobby, only open until 2 pm, was another odd aspect."

Then had to take the linens back downstairs because they left all bath mats and no bath towels. Also they do not provide hand towels and all towels are extremely thin. Bed linens are extremely thin also."
