For the most part, the hotel was what I expected but there were some things that made my stay less than great.
One issue was a woman was screaming at someone at the top of her lungs in a room a few doors down from me. When I went to report that, nobody was available at the desk.
The next was I kept thinking that I was smelling cigarette smoke. I thought it was due to people smoking outside, or someone smoking in a nearby room, but I learned it was the bedding when I got home and smelled cigarette smoke in my nightclothes.
Finally, I was awaken by a fire alarm on my final morning. That was incredibly disappointing (and super loud), but thankfully it wasn't due to a fire. Perhaps it was because someone pulled the alarm or was smoking in another room.
With all that said, I didn't have many interactions with the staff or see the amenities, so I can't speak to them, but staying there was definitely... interesting.
