However, the hotel staff told us that we could get breakfast until 10am, and that it was to be included in our stay, but when we came down at about 9:15 we were told it ended at 9 on weekdays. The person with whom we spoke was not very understanding about the fact that we had been told 10am the night before. We then had to buy our breakfast and they were out of the first 2 things we asked for, a breakfast sandwich and a burrito. The staff was nice...

"I loved that the check in process was easy! We requested a refrigerator and it was in our room before we got there. The upgrades to the room were beautiful! We had the option of using Valet Parking or using the parking garage that was just a short walk away. The only thing that was a little inconvenient was the channel guide for the tv. The channels didn’t match the channel guide we had in our room. Other than that…I still give our stay 5 stars across the board. "
