"Lovely accommodation with friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The continental breakfast was delicious. For the purposes of our trip to London the Victoria was a convenient location. I would definitely recommend and should we need to stay in the area again I would stay here. "

"Our second visit to Warren House and very enjoyable. We were in a standard room this time which was comfortable but bathroom was quite small and the shower is over a bath so less roomy and easy to use than a walk-in shower. The location is very picturesque and you feel as if you’re in the middle of a country estate. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Gabriella on reception who is always very welcoming and accommodating. We will be back again Im sure "

"The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is not a far walk from some good restaurants and is right across the street from a lovely park. I bit far from the train station but a doable walk. Would definitely stay again. "

"The property is cozy and well appointed. The staff were beyond delightful. It was a joy staying there. Beds were super comfortable and room nicely appointed. I would return to this same property on our next visit to Richmond."
