"Very welcome as soon as we entered the hotel. Everything was explained and nothing was to much trouble. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Excellent extras in the room . The only downside was the toilet and even though it was obscured glass cubicle it was slightly off putting knowing your silhouette was outlined whilst …….doing your business. Apart from that highly recommended hotel , great stay . "

"The staff is excellent! I believe the name is Stephanie, upgraded my room at check in- she saw how exhausted I was from my travels and made things so easy. Room was clean and decent size. My luggage was taken to my room immediately. This hotel has a wonderful charm, close to train station, and restaurants. The only complaint I would have is the shower drainage. I'm sure the staff would have taken care of this but I was so busy, I didn't take the time to let staff know. I would stay here again!"
