"A beautiful piece of history! The house is lovely and unique! We stayed in the Lantern Room which had access to the cupola via a spiral staircase in the room! The view from there is spectacular! We ordered a charcuterie board for a light dinner and ate it in the cupola while enjoying the scenery. You can bike (free to use), walk along the shore, swim, enjoy meals out, read, play games and so much more! The area is cute and walkable. We did the 3.5 mile Cliff Walk with views of the ocean and Newport Mansions. "

"Such a cute B&B. We were welcomed with delicious cookies. We stayed in the Harbor Room. Bed was comfortable. We met the owners Elizabeth & Doug at breakfast which was delicious. They were very welcoming. I loved the Apple with everything bread, wish I could get the recipe (lol). Conveniently located, walking distance to restaurants, shops, & the water. Will definitely stay there again when we visit the area again."

"Rooms feel a bit damp even with AC on. Perhaps small dehumidifiers would help. As for the rooms basic but nice. Small fridge with actual freezer so you can buy ice cream for later. Small ice cream and food place I don't think they have an indoor place but they have picnic tables and umbrellas. Shower had built in bench great for getting sand from between toes. Staff was wonderful. This was our second year going. Just so you know out of state is only $12 for any of the beaches. If you walk...
