"Upon my arrival, the young man (Sohaib?) at the reception desk who assisted me was so kind and helpful. They made a room available as soon as they could in advance of check-in time, which was so appreciated after nearly 18 hours of travel. The room was small but very clean; the amenities were a thoughtful touch. The hotel is quiet, which is amazing since it's right off the Strand. It's a wonderful option for solo travelers."

"I stayed for one night as I had a mid week work so and I was really impressed. Sure, some of the elements are “basic” but the staff is fantastic, the bed is very comfortable, the breakfast while limited in choice, it hits the mark and I appreciated having all food and drink included as part of the room type that I chose. A great choice for a corporate traveller for one night "

"Staff welcoming always hospitable, I’ve now stayed at the convent garden , and today soho where Assan was awesome ! Made me an amazing Cappuccino also which is hard to do for me being a kind of passionate love of cappuccinos. Rooms clean and immaculate. Quirky at the soho but I’m told it’s old. Negatives tiny doubles do two people nope get an apartment if you at soho. My room literally like the M25 at late night foot traffic’ above me and mornings at 6.45aam so I guess if you not on the top...
