"This stay did not start well as we found used towels and wash cloths in our room. My wife was in the shower when she found them which was very disturbing for her. We got woken out of out sleep BOTH NIGHTS by children, the Ice Machine and Staff cleaning the rooms LOUDLY!¡
Asked for extra wash cloths and towels we had to go get them ourselves from downstairs
The Positive is that Front Desk was very nice atmosphere very safe rooms and through out the property was clean

"Since I booked this trip I had issues !! When I arrived at hotel I was given room , as I went into room there was a terrible odor of mildew mold and smelled dirty . Front desk changed . New room was ok but phone didnt work. Anything I needed had to go to front desk from 9th floor. Requested room to be cleaned next day twice , house keeping never came . Breakfast was extremely crowded no sitting in dining room only one staff person servicing dining area. Food kept running out . The only positive...

"Started off bumpy with location not able to find my reservations. I came in really late with my husband and son and staff was patient enough to put us away for the night until my issue could be addressed with management the next day. Location is perfect near a park where kiddo could play, walking distance to train station and the terrace room offered a beautiful view of the properties additional amenities such as restaurant, put-put, and outdoor entertainment. The breakfast offered is amazing....
