"The room was clean and quaint. I love the clean white look, very nice! I did have a problem finding the light switch, it was a hidden a little deep behind the head of the bed, I had to move the bed to get to the switch. Otherwise it was awesome!"

"my family stayed at the 2br and it was perfect. It had everything we needed! only 10/15 mins to everything. bed and pillows were very comfy! Very quite. The units is super pretty and stylish."

"My parents stayed here on vacation. We live in the neighborhood. We wanted to get something close to us. They had an excellent time. You can't beat the location in history of this building. My parents had everything they needed and the apartment was very clean and cute. Additionally, the owner was incredibly kind. He was around to make sure they had everything they need and told them a little bit about the history of the property as well. We will definitely be having family stay in this location...

"Great location in the heart of Old town near King St and the river. Easy walks to restaurants, etc. Great property that was fully equipped. Everything you need was at the property. Can highly recommend this property."

"The Room was very clean, Made us feel at home. Had just about everything we needed but anything we didn’t have we were able to get with a quick trip to Walmart. It is on an intersection so it can be a little noisy at nights or in the early morning with cars driving by but my fiance really enjoyed his birthday stay here!"

"Our family had the best time in Alexandria and DC proper with The George as our homebase. Beds were very comfortable, living space and linens were all fresh and clean. The property is very close to a Safeway grocery store and with all the amenities The George offered we could easily prepare meals. The creative decor in shades of blue and coral, and special attention to detail all around the home, namely the hand painted mural in the living room, treated us all to an exceptional patriotic, DC...
