"The place was great. 10 minute walk to Metro, Chewish deli next door is a great, easy breakfast. Parking wasn't difficult (if you can parallel park), even with 5-6 spaces closed due to construction. I would bring a sleep mask if you want to sleep in. A lot of windows high up that don't have blinds/curtains, and it can get bright in the morning. "

"The house worked well for our family of 7. It was clean and communication was excellent, although it would have helped older renters to have information about operating tv and more directions about trash disposal etc. It was a short walk to the Metro, although we found it less expensive to drive into DC. Supermarket (Trader Joe’s) and restaurants were nearby. It was as described and we would stay here again. "

"The property is nice and updated, looks just like the pictures. The backyard is a great retreat! The 2 private parking spaces made it comfortable to come and go. The beds are comfortable and plenty of towels and convenience items (shampoo, trash bags, etc). The hosts were accessible during the stay, but we didn’t need them. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay near DC, this place in a nice quiet neighborhood is a perfect choice."

"Lovely location. Collin was easily available through text and call throughout the stay, which was very helpful. There were some challenges with parking which is largely due to the reality of being in Old Town and confusion of what street parking was available, but my group and I made it work. Carpooling definitely made things easier. Beds were comfy and the house was spacious. The open concept for the living and dining room was perfect for a group."
