"We enjoyed this quiet location for a snowy winter getaway. The chalet was super clean, very welcoming, and had plenty of room for all of us. We only missed firewood being stocked inside for us to use especially since the wood outside was damp. Otherwise, everything was pretty fab."

"Rented the place in mid-oct for a second-marriage honeymoon. The place was easy to find and was set up perfectly for a two person cozy stay. House faces the sunset and has a deck and sitting porch. Brought my little boat and the boating access is across the street. We had zero issues. We would definitely come back!! Definitely worth it. 👌 "

"The property was perfect for our 3 week stay! The bed was extremely comfortable ( we are picky) and the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. I wouldn't recommend for small children, due to the stairs , but our 5 and 6 year old children were quite content and loved the dock for fishing. There's a beach just down the road that y'all can walk to, and lots of dirt roads and trails for hiking and walking. ATVs can be rented from Berlin NH. Mooselook Diner has the best breakfast...

"My family and I had a very peaceful stay here. The house is lived in, clean, and homey. This made me feel more comfortable staying with dogs and two teenagers. The views are beautiful and the quiet and privacy was an added bonus. I really enjoyed walking down to the water in the morning to see the sunrise each day. A few things that could use some care are the grill and one of the TVs. Otherwise, this was a lovely stay."

"Picture perfect accommodations and views. Truly wonderful stay. Peaceful, and well appointed. Check-in was smooth, cottage was out of a magazine. Two things for travelers to note: the shower is small, this was not an issue for us but if you are a large person, it may be. Also, the water supply is lake drawn. It's a great place to stay if you want to be an easy, short ride to some awesome trails and you just need a reliable home bass to hang out, get a good, hot shower, make some food, and get some sleep before heading out to do your outdoor activities.
