  • Beautifully furnished apartment, located in one of Wellingtons amazing newly built apartment buildings. Book through bookabach.co.nz.
    You will have this studio apartment all to yourself. This is a well laid out modern studio apartment with balcony. Excellent for anyone wanting the convenience of central Wellington but high enough for a fabulous view.
    Ideal for business travellers, weekend getaway or attending a special event. It is within walking distance of Micheal Fowler Center, Opera House, TSB Arena and the big stadium. Close to bus routes, shops and restaurants. 5 min walk to harbour. Parking is available in the Wilson’s car park located on the corner of Ghuznee and Victoria Street, 2 mins walk from the property. Use the ParkMate app for cheaper car park rates. Free Street parking available between 8pm - 8am.

Very nice and tidy room in central location in cbd handy to shops food places and was pretty quiet nice view from balcony and the host Sarah had very good communication all the way through recommend to anyone and will definitely be booking again

It was a great apartment for a month in Wellington! The location is superb with numerous options for coffee, food, and drinks within easy walking distance. It's a good size for one person or a couple and the kitchen was very handy. I would happily stay here again if I were to plan another trip to the city.

I extended my stay by another 9 days—which probably says it all.Great central location but surprisingly quiet. The apartment is warm, comfortable, and feels spacious, with a balcony and a lovely view that really adds to the overall feel.Everything you need is there, and it feels easy to live in, not just stay.Sarah is a fantastic host with excellent communication—friendly, responsive, and very easy to deal with.Would absolutely stay again. A genuinely safe choice if you’re deciding between places.

Spotlessly clean, thoughtfully equipped and great communication. Perfect location for walking around the city and hardly heard the city sounds unless out on the balcony which added that extra space to lounge. Top rated and we would definitely stay again.

I traveled solo to Wellington for a conference and this apartment was perfect for my needs. The check-in process was simple and the host left very detailed instructions. The location was within walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants.

I had such a lovely stay here that I ended up extending my booking for another 9 days—and honestly would have stayed even longer if it had been available.The location is perfect (right in the heart of the city), but what really surprised me was how quiet it is. I expected it to be a lot noisier, but it was actually really peaceful and easy to relax.The apartment itself is warm, comfortable, and feels more spacious than expected, which made it really easy to settle in. The balcony is a great addition, and the view is also a lovely bonus—it adds to the overall feel of the place.Everything you need is there, including a well set up kitchen if you feel like cooking. It genuinely felt easy to live in, not just somewhere to stay for a few nights.Sarah was a fantastic host—her communication was excellent: responsive, thoughtful, and everything felt smooth the whole way through.I’d absolutely stay here again. It just felt easy being there, and if you’re deciding between places, this is one you can feel confident booking.

We had a great week in Wellington. The VRBO was perfectly located to explore the city on foot or catch buses to go further out. It had everything we needed and would return again
