"I payed $91.80 for valet parking for 2 nights and I checked my bank account and noticed they charged me twice, so I don't know what the reason was so i asked them about it and they said it was a mistake and it will bounce back into my account but it's been 3 days and it's still pending, but our 2 nights stay was very good and we enjoyed the leisure facilities and the buffet breakfast. Cheers"

"The reception staff were brilliant and so helpful with information. The room was very clean. Kitchen facilities were OK for our needs tho it was a bit difficult filling the kettle under tap of handbasin but apart from that everything was better than expected."
