First, after booking, the owner asked us to pay an extra money for cleaning fee, even though it was not clearly listed in the Expedia booking details. "As stated very clean interior. The bed sheets were microfiber which unlike cotton do not breath and the pillows could certainly use an upgrade. future guests may like to bring their own. It would be nice to know how long to wait for reimbursement of the damage deposit and it certainly seems rather much. Speaking of which there was a small hole and ruined blind in the laundry room. Perhaps that could be noted so future guests have no concerns. The grounds needed to be tidied up. Potted plants...

"The cottage was super cozy; I absolutely loved it. Although our stay was short, I enjoyed it very much because of this cottage and Katy. Katy made sure we had everything we needed at all times, and she was an amazing host. I definitely would recommend this VRBO experience to anyone and everyone!"

"PROS-Great layout, indoor and outdoor space, with modern, newer appliances, furniture. Good for adults. Great closets, kitchen. We hope to go back.😀
CONS-Comfortable rooms, but one room had no chair, wastebasket, and the TV couldn't find a signal. Suggest each room (and all bathrooms) should have a wastebasket and a comfortable chair.Kitchen needs non-stick frying pan for easy cleaning.

"Cottage on Conrad was completely delightful. It’s about 4 miles from uptown Lexington straight down Hwy 64. A quiet rural setting but close to conveniences (Randy’s Restaurant and a Dollar General).The house is new and immaculate. Comfortable beds, cozy blankets, plenty of towels, and everything you could need. The kitchen is very well stocked. The owners clearly put a lot of thought into decorating and stocking the house. Highly recommend."

"Absolutely spotless and adorable cottage with tons of room, with a layout that makes it appear more spacious than its stated square footage. The decor is cozy and welcoming, with board games galore in the living room. Loved the spacious dining table with bench. Both showers are gigantic and tiled beautifully. "Great place for our stay to move in weekend at HPU for my daughter. Not far from school, private road and lot place to park our trailer. Clean up to date nicely decorated everything needed was there. The owners were very easy to work with and quick to respond. I will stay again. "
