"Oh my goodness words can’t possibly describe how much fun we had! I spent 20 years of my career working in hospitality, and this home provides all the hospitable feels of home and so much more! I think one of our favorite joys were all of the different vessels to choose from! Kayaks/paddle boards that provide opportunities for two, one or even small kids. Absolutely everything was thought of in this home! We can’t wait to go back. "

"House was perfect and super roomy for our family of 4. Porch and outside area were a favorite. House is a short paddle to the river. Kayaks included were in good condition. Host was quick to respond to questions/cincerns. "

"Wonderful stay! Such a great location to access the Weeki Wachee River. We kayaked everyday of our stay and saw beautiful manatees and porpoises. Owner is quick to respond. Enjoyed sitting on the deck and the dock and looking at the canal. Rental was neat and clean and had everything we needed. Thank you!"

"Nothing but good things to say about this stay! Property was super clean and cute. You are the upstairs to another larger rental downstairs but all the outdoor areas are separate and it's surprisingly private. You are directly on the river at a great location. We saw manatees every day! The couple of minor issues we had were resolved almost immediately...communication was excellent with the property managers. We'll be back!"

"Definitely a great place to stay, I would say the area has some hidden gems. The river is great, but with a big family we went to Roger’s Park which I highly recommend along with Aripeka Sand hills which was a bonus adventure. Everyone morning we sat out back and watched so many species of fish just pile through the canal. Kids won’t forget this one."

"We had a great time at this house, as a friend group over a long weekend :). Check in was straight forward, communication with the owner was easy. The outdoor screened in space under the main house was amazing - having the extra fridge and freezer down there was awesome! The fans were appreciated and the inside AC spaces always stayed cool. Some of the folks in our groups with slight mobility issues appreciated the steps and handrail to easily walk in and out of the river. The amenities at...

"The house was simply amazing. Rooms were very spacious. Beds were super comfortable. Access to the river was very convenient. We had plenty of kayaks for everyone. Not to mention, the views were incredible. This house is perfect for families and friends for a short getaway or a week long stay. We'll definitely be back. Love it! "

"We had a great time and the house has a great layout for a couple families. My 12 and 8 year old paddled all the way from the spring head back to the house in their own kayak. Kevin is an amazing host. We appreciate the early check-in, extra supplies (garbage bags, dish soap, shampoo, salt, pepper, and other pantry items, kayaks, paddles, floats and so much more) It made it easy to settle in. He is very responsive to all messages. Thank you so much!"

"Everything was good for the most part.A few suggestions though: the weeds need to be maintained as they are over grown in the grilling area. Similarly, the kayaks and canoes should be upside down so that they do not retain water."

We didn’t need her much but when we did, Summer was quick to reply.The house is spacious and fully stocked with anything you might need. What a great location right in the main river. The Crystal clear water was so refeshing, we went for a swim everyday. We saw manatees and dolphins swimming by the dock every morning. Love this place and hope to return one day."

"An amazing stay on the river. Home was clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The river is beautiful, plenty of kayaks and highly recommend doing a scalloping tour if you have never done it. Saw manatees and even a dolphin right off the dock. Overall an awesome experience!"
