We had an amazing stay on the Weeki Wachee River! The home was beautiful, spotless, and had everything our family needed. We loved kayaking, watching the manatees, and relaxing on the river. It was the perfect place to unwind and make lasting family memories. We can’t wait to come back!

I cannot express how beautifully decorated this home was and how there was EVERYTHING you'd ever need in the kitchen and bathrooms! Amazing home, fabulous location, and even the neighbors were amazing people! Would definitely stay there again!

The house was in great condition when we arrived and check-in was super easy. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was great - we enjoyed being on the water and it was a quick drive to the store and local restaurants. We’ll definitely be back!

It is no wonder the word "perfect" comes up in so many reviews! In my family and friends long history of renting through VRBO, no owners have done such an exemplary job of working to anticipate every need (or desire) of vacation renters! We are so grateful to be able to experience this special home and it's idyllic setting. We'll be back!

The house was very clean, comfortable, well stocked and an excellent location. The hot tub was very clean and nice after spending the day on the river in kayaks. Everything was as advertised and meet our expectations. Communication with the owner was great. We would definitely book again.

This property was absolutely perfect! Not only was the location absolutely incredible… Which it was. The water behind the property is crystal clear when the sun hits it and you are so close to a restaurant, a beach with a swimming area, and the hospital hole.This is probably the most well stocked and well organized rental property I’ve ever stayed in! The kitchen has absolutely everything you would ever need as far as cooking goes and they also have a huge pantry for you to put away your groceries. Everything matches and is organized incredibly!The bedrooms were spacious and had lots of storage for all of our things. My kids loved all of the mermaid and beachy decor too. The house also had all the outside space and equipment you could need! The under deck was perfect for the hot tub and lounging and all the kayaks came in handy. They also have tons of lifejackets for everybody to use. We literally needed nothing while we stayed here.We also saw so many manatees and even one dolphin that swim by behind the house. It truly wasn’t an incredible stay, and I couldn’t recommend it enough!

Pleasantly surprised at how wonderfully stocked your home was. We were in panic mode when we realized we forgot our dog’s leash, but there was one in the home and this relieved our stress. We loved cooking in the well stocked kitchen and the extra propane tank was greatly appreciated as well. We had everything we needed for our family vacation! The manatees put on a daily show for us to observe, and so did the birds and people floating down the river - we had the best seat in the house! We had ample parking spaces because family traveled from different locations. Neighbors Randy and Karen were so sweet and they really do look out for your beautiful home! Can’t wait to come visit again!

We had the best time here. Kayaking with the manatees and we seen dolphins swim right up next to the house. The house was great very nice and clean.

The property looks exactly like the pictures, the location is perfect, quiet neighborhood, easy access to the water, clean, beds comfortable, kitchen had everything needed, outdoor area was wonderful, saw several Manatee's. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome spot. We loved the kayaks and the porch on the water. It was awesome to see people kayak or boat by and we saw manatees!

This home set the bar for rentals for us. It is in the perfect location on the Weeki Wachee River. The house was very clean and provided way more than we expected from a rental. The owners even came out on a Sunday to provide us with an extra kayak to make our river experience safe and comfortable. We had several close encounters with manatees, dolphins, a river otter, and lots of other wildlife. 10 out of 10 would recommend this place.

Host was awesome with response time, the house was amazing…I don’t think any of us (5 adults 1 fur baby) have ever stayed at a place that was so well stocked. View was amazing!

This house was one of the cleanest and well stocked houses we have ever stayed in. We stay a lot with travel for work and vacation and this stands out as the best. It was a beautiful relaxing house and absolutely what advertised. Will stay again.

Kitchen had more than enough supplies. Decor was very well done. Kitchen patio area was amazing. Kayaks were available and very easy to put in the water. The owners made the whole experience a great one! We will be back !Marc & Jenny
