"Well maintained boutique hotel near Times Square and Broadway shows. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The one only concern was the thin walls and windows. We can hear the outside noise clearly. Other than that, this is a very nice place to stay while vacationing in NYC. "

"Usually an excellent place to stay. On this visit however we asked the staff on the first day not to bother making the room up. After that we didn't get any service at all until we asked 2 days later. After being out all day we came back to discover the room was made but we had absolutely no towels and it didn’t appear the bathroom had been properly cleaned. When housekeeping sent someone up to bring some towels he was obviously less than happy to assist. Not up to their usual standards "
