"The hotel was walking distance from the underground and one stop to the O2 arena if you are watching concert. It is nearby to some restaurant and shopping stores underground. The staff are very helpful. There is a kettle in the room and water. We had a good night sleep. Good for overnight stay."

"Excellent location as we were watching a show at the O2 arena. A piece of history in the middle of high rise buildings. It’s been lovingly restored and maintained with quirky design elements to it. They had great breakfast choices and had a relaxed atmosphere. I love these kinds of places. Just the relaxing weekend my husband needed."

This time I was disappointed, the check in was slow and disorganised, the room carpet hadn't been hoovered and the shower was leaking into the room. "I was very disappointed in my stay at the Zedwell. Having booked a twin room 8 months ago for an event, I was shocked that the system automatically placed me in a double at ceck-in. When we questioned the staff, they said they didn't have any twins available but could offer us a bigger room and share a bed - it's ridiculous to rely so much on a computer system and not check manually. "Personal top, 10er Bett Zimmer in Ordnung. Betten sehr durchgelegen und super wackelig (drei übereinander ohne Wandbefestigung, wodurch jede Bewegung alles wackeln lässt). Aber für den Preis ist es spitze gewesen! Vorhänge wären schön gewesen. Das Frühstück ist vorhanden aber es ist viel zu wenig Platz zum sitzen und das Essen ist wirklich begrenzt.
