"Awesome stay. Only wish we'd found the secret room sooner!"

"host is phenomenal- made check in process very easy. have stayed here two years in a row. great for my partner and I and our two dogs. cozy but cute!"

"Amazing stay!!! We stayed in the Hermit Crab and it was perfect for me and my wife. Plenty big enough with a nice size shower. We will definitely be back!"

"The minute we set foot I took a nap which I never do. It was super clean, in a great little neighborhood surrounded by beautiful homes and we nestled into this adorable cottage. Plenty of room and all you need. A bit of a throwback in time as it’s very basic and simple and as an interior designer I’d love to revamp it a bit but I enjoyed the simplicity and authenticity. Would stay again. "

"Pros: bus stop directly across the street was a huge plus and it is free through 2025. Renovation of basement (and it was bright inspite of lower level location) done very well and decor was locally specific which we loved! Lots of books, comfy beds, hot water in the shower even with three people taking showers in a row. TV worked flawlessly. Temps in unit were perfect throughout the stay. Plenty of blankets for the beds. Cons: a bit musty yet owners did well to have a dehumidifier in the unit....

"I enjoyed this stay for a solo trip but it would also be perfect for a couple or two close friends who don’t mind sharing a [hotel quality] bed. Fairly open and spacious for a studio—loved having a smart tv, small fridge/freezer and coffee maker, full bathroom. The entrance is through the backyard and requires the use of stairs, you may have to walk through the yard where people are entertaining but that did not bother me as everyone was friendly. Sound definitely travels from the upstairs...

"The house was beautiful, spacious, and the yard was spectacular. We were able to walk into town and enjoy the Nantucket fresh air. I went with a few family members to stay in this house and there couldn't have been better accommodations. 10 out of 10 would recommend!"

"Run, don’t walk, to book this property! The location is fabulous for walking to Main Street. It’s beautifully furnished and comfortable. We were talking about coming back after the first night. Highly recommend!"

"This house was a perfect location and easy 15-20 minute walk into town. It was comfortable for the family to stay in and we all had our own space. Not ideal that both bathrooms were downstairs, but we did love and make use of the outdoor shower! Like many older places, the house is a bit dated and is a beach cottage, but James was very responsive and helped us with whatever we needed. "

"Overall, I thought the cottage was very nice. The description to the beach says a 5 minute walk, but it’s actually one minute! There are a few things that need to be fixed, but other than that, I enjoyed myself."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property and were very appreciative of the quick and thorough communication from the host. This unit is located right near the edge of town and close to one of the major grocery stores on the island. The guest parking and private entry were great amenities to have in addition to the large open living space. Would highly recommend for your visit to ACK. "

"We had a great stay at this house! Perfect for our group size. It was a little hard to figure out how to check in. The door is on the left of the building…might be helpful to note that for future renters. We also would’ve loved to have a blender in the kitchen, but other than that it was awesome! Super cute place :)"

"We had the absolute best time at the Millie cottage. It was beautiful, clean, and the location was top notch. Every detail was thought of inside from the decor, to the luxurious bedding, and the products. Location is perfect because it’s easily walkable to downtown but also quiet and the short walk to the duck pond was beautiful! I would highly recommend staying here, and hope I get the chance to stay again! "
