"We enjoyed our stay at the Washington Plaza hotel. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was also great, just blocks from the White House and other attractions. It was 97 degrees when we were there so the beautiful pool was an added bonus!"

"The architect planned this to be completely hard to use. It pretends to be an upscale place but has no amenities to ensure that. One person at desk. Restaurant but no room service. Sketchy shower floor grid that everyone's yuk falls through and not cleaned. Confusing parking garage. Zero niceties ..."
