When I first arrived the receptionist was nice and check in was pretty easy. My first room toilet was broken and the refrigerator… they quickly put me in another room which was much better. The bed was comfy and the room has black out curtains… no noise pretty quiet stay. The food was horrible but ...

Arlo Washington DC
Clean Room, nice coffee shop. Didn’t eat at either restaurant as we ate out the whole week. Staff was kind and friendly! Never had to ask for a towel & rooms were cleaned daily! Loved the do not disturb switch to turn off and on while we were in the room-comfy Beds! As a family of 4 the smaller rooms ...

Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel
The only thing that was good was the restaurant and the staff that catered to us there. The receptionists were anything but hospitable.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The location was convenient, and overall the experience was enjoyable. My only concern is that the price has gone up quite a bit, and it is starting to feel a little too pricey for regular stays.
