"Second stay this year at this lovely property for Round Top Antiques Fair…quiet, peaceful, lovely in Spring with Bluebonnets and Indian Paintbrush…main cafe in town open at 0700 for breakfast (wonderful scones/coffee) …once in town there are many shops/restaurants within walking distance… short drive in the other direction gets you to the friendly vendors at Y Station….easy communication with host, Ashley…camper clean, spacious for two of us and check-in snacks provided…plan to stay here...

"We stayed here for a baseball tournament since it’s close to Diamond Oaks Ranch (about 10 miles away). Cute property with everything you need. Appreciated the little extras like coffee pods, bottled water, and small snacks. Would love to stay here again to explore the area. "
