"Self check inn hat nicht funktioniert. Hat meine Buchung nicht gefunden. Zum Glück waren da 2 Bedienstete die sich extra in System einloggen mussten damit sie meine Buchung sehen konnten. Es war nur ein kleines Handtuch im Bad. Ich bat darum ein 2. Handtuch zu bringen- was nie passierte. In Dusche fehlt Ablage für eigene Produkte. "Really good hotel. especially for the price and area of London. Staff were helpful. Helped me with luggage up the stairs. Only thing that would be nice is a smart TV but there is ample channels to choose from. All in all good hotel.4"

"When I arrived I was allocated a twin room 2 floors up. As I have mobility issues I use the room. There is no lift at the hotel.The receptionist said that was not a problem and offered me a single room on the ground floor. Thank you Olga for that. The room was a bit small but as there was only me it didn't matter. The bed was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. The shower was excellent. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of hot and cold food. Tea coffee and different juices where...

"Warning , you will be asked give all your details on arrival even if you have already given them all to book the hotel. You will have to pay £100 deposit upfront on top of your arrival. I stayed for 2 days ago and I’m still waiting for the deposit back, I have called the hotel and they are blaming the bank . The parking is very limited and all on street parking is expensive but free at 6:30pm . I would not stay here again"
