"This quaint property has so much to offer: location, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of room to spread out, fun games for adults (and kids), gorgeous front porch with plenty of comfy seating, great updates in kitchen and bathrooms, etc. My cousin said, "You're giving this a 5-star rating, right?" Absolutely! "

"Love this place!!!"

"A very large and pretty house that was perfect for our needs. The house (with some ambition) was in walking distance of Charleston city proper. Being by the river was nice, however the area around the house was a bit run down or under conatruction.Overall, the house itself is wonderful and would be perfect for most trip needs."

"From the first moment walking into the house until the morning of leaving, it was a pleasure staying at this location. There was nothing lacking and the rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. We would recommend this location to anyone visiting Charleston."

"Mr. Husson allowed me to check in a couple hrs. early-which he did not have to. The interior was clean and reasonably furnished. Price was reasonable for area. However, advertisement was misleading. Rental is for a floor/flat of a house. Not the whole house. Finished basement was rented to another party (who had a puppy that cried throughout the nights). Also, yard was trashy with litter strewn about."

"I’ve stayed here a few times. This is a safe and quiet area. He is very responsive and address any issues that you may have. Definitely recommend this location. "

"The outside light was burned out, the bedroom was especially dirty. The fan was covered with so much dust you could not use it. The smoke detectors battery compartments were open with batteries in them so they were not working. The bathroom attached to bedroom had no hot water, tepid at best. The bathroom sink needed 3 lightbulbs there was one. No trash can liners or toilet tissue ( I found a third of a roll). This property is old but it seems to me it should be maintained better. Fresh...
