"The view of the ocean was the only positive for this condo. The A/C consists of portable indoor units which are very noisy. The mattress on the bed was very thin and uncomfortable, as were the pillows. There is a lot of construction on site for building maintenance and so the parking lot is a mess. We had to park a quarter of a mile down the street. Walking to and from the car was dangerous and inconvenient, as the road is busy. The lock boxes are in a very poorly lit hallway. "The accommodation has an excellent location, truly close to everything -restaurants, shops, beaches, food trucks, Ala Moana and waikiki- which makes getting around very easy and convenient. It is also very well equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable stay -beach gear, a coffee maker with coffee pods, shampoo, conditioner, soap, detergents and cleaning supplies- and the building itself offers great amenities, including a pool and a laundry room.The only downside is the air...

"The laundry is gonna be down for at least a month. The room is perfect, my son and I stayed without any issues. The luggage hold was in the hotel ran by a third party who isn’t too helpful and seems a little shady. But the property we stay in was perfect for our 7 days."

"I rented both rooms that this particular gentleman offers and was extremely pleased. My son and daughter-in-law stayed in the large room and my granddaughter stayed with me in the smaller room. The two rooms have an adjoining entryway and we left the doors open. The larger room has a much better kitchen if you plan on making full meals. The smaller room is good for heating things up and making small breakfast or lunch. The views were beautiful and there was always a nice breeze in the evening....
