"Room was clean and the ocean view was excellent! Wi-Fi worked fine. The extra free amenities were very nice like the bike rentals, mini-cooler, ice, and nice thick beach towels. Swimming pool was very nice with a decorative waterfall. Across the bike bath was a small sand beach but nice. A homeless couple were living in some bushes and trees across from the hotel but were hidden from view. Overall, I would stay at this hotel again ."

"Rooms were very clean and newly renovated. Grounds were well kept and just how we remembered from 19 years ago. The beach is only about 50 yards from the sand bottom pool, waking up to awesome sunrises. The only bummer was the lobby was closed for renovation during our stay. We were excited to see it but it was all closed. The reception area was relocated to a small meeting room near the gift shop/concierge. We had fond memories of the lobby during our honeymoon from so many years before...

"It was fine, room was clean, bed was tiny, very spartan, if you need somewhere to stay for a night it's ok, but don't expect anything remotely luxurious. We didn't get the breakfast, parking was available and free."

Fantastic location for all you’d want to do in Kauai, but you could also stay and never need to leave the property. The design of property, especially pool areas, were a safe place for our kids to play and roam. Staying at Koloa Landing Resort is one of the best family vacation experiences we’ve had. "Room was immaculate and exactly what was advertised. Property is incredible in every way. We already put money down for our next stay. Resort isn’t cheap but has everything you could want available. It’s a very very steep path to the nearby beach, but it’s well worth it."
