"Everyone was so hospitable and helpful with any questions. The room was very tidy and we would come back to a made bed nearly ever day after going out adventuring. The pool was wonderful and we loved the game room they had. I would really recommend paying for the Luau learning about the culture was so needed and the food was top notch in my opinion. Breakfast in the morning was SO good. Also I recommend eating at Moa Moa for dinner at least once. We went twice because of how good the food was....

"A little tired the property is, but with free bikes, a pool and great views to the beach- we were satisfied. Breakfast has some fresh fruit, sweet yogurt and bakery items. Staff were hit and miss (afternoon shift was lovely)."

"This was a beautiful location! Hotel was very nice and helpful, with everything from arrival to departure. They suggested places to eat, things do do. Best part is that they did not send you to “tourist traps”. All the places they suggested were awesome! Hotel was nice and clean and in a perfect paradise location. 5 STARS"

"Didn’t like that there was no air conditioning. He lost power the second morning. We were here for a period of time. The toilet in the bathroom leaked badly from the base the bedsheets were used and uncomfortable. Overall, very unsatisfied with our stay here. Also, the unit we were given was right by the busy highway very hard to fall asleep at night."

"Our experience staying at the Sheraton Kauai Resort was overall excellent! The resort is a beautiful, with beautiful grounds & gardens to explore and amazing views of the south coast of Kauai. It's located about 25 minutes from the airport and we found that any points of interest on the island was very accessible, no more than 1 hour drive from the hotel. "I think that the housekeeping and customer service was great. They went above and beyond to help us out. 4 starts because we had a fire alarm test ignoring Do Not Disturb signs. Also 10:00am is a very inconvenient checkout time. I didn’t realize it was more of a timeshare owned property and I feel there are some negatives that come with that. Positives were a fridge, nearly full kitchen and washer and dryer."
