"I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I was there to do the Annecy half marathon and i found the beds very comfortable which gave me a great night's sleep. The room was beautifully decorated and i had a view of the lake. I didn't have breakfast but it looked good but they did offer free coffee and hot chocolate. The receptionist was super friendly and kind."

"Fantastic location being walkable to restaurants, cafes, all the gorgeous sights and the train station. We stayed in a ‘Deluxe room, with lakeside terrace’ - the room was spacious with a comfy bed, good sized bathroom with toiletries and plenty of storage in the bathroom. My only negative is that we weren’t given any information at check in and there are some hidden extras - for example breakfast is not included in the price and is €25 per person per day, we were not told this in advance and so the €150 on our room at the end of the stay was a bit of a shock. "It was nice to stay so close to the airport. The shuttle was helpful and started really early in the morning. The sauna was a treat. The hotel also provided free day passes for the Geneva public transport. Rooms aren’t super updated but are big, clean and had a very nice bathroom. Overall it was great."

"Nice hotel but not in Switzerland, it is in France near the border. The uber from the airport is very expensive and the shuttle also costs money. Location is very secluded and not much around. The check in and out is done at the sister hotel Ibis right beside."
