We did not have breakfast at the hotel (many alternatives available nearby) but used the Pavilion for drinks & snacks, all good. My only complaint is with Housekeeping who did not show up on our second day at the hotel, which is disappointing for a two-night stay. When I brought this to front-desk's attention, they did offer housekeeping service in the evening but that ended up being a rush job in my opinion. ...

"We had a lovely stay at this fabulous hotel. Hotel is spotless and beautifully decorated. Rooms a tiny bit cramped but big enough for a few nights. Lovely breakfast.. we didn’t eat in the restaurant at any other time. Staff are friendly and helpful at all times and the reception is 24 hr. The location of the hotel is brilliant… central and close to many restaurants, bars and the waterfront. A half hour walk to the castle district, similar distance to the parliament building and the citadel. We...

"This has been my FAVORITE hotel during my whole Europe trip to 4 countries, it hit ALL of my expectations: Location: You cannot beat the location, you’re literally only STEPS to St. Stephen’s Basilica, where the big Christmas market is. It was so nice to grab food from the stalls and take it in my room to relax while watching Netflix on their tv. It was so close to everything else also - shopping (Fashion Street), the riverfront, the bridge, and the walk to Fisherman’s Bastion and Buda Castle...

The airline lost a couple of pieces of our luggage and front staff, without even me asking called lost and found and explained our situation and help facilitate the finding and returning of our luggage, which by 10:00 pm the same day was found and returned.
