"Wij hebben 2 weken doorgebracht in deze mooie locatie net buiten Viterbo. De eigenares en haar medewerkster waren heel behulpzaam en gastvrij. Het huis is volledig ingericht met alles wat nodig is en het is heel goed gelegen op een groot domein met olijfbomen en wijngaard waardoor rust gegarandeerd is. Er is een groot zwembad met veel ruimte errond met vele lounge- en relaxzetels. We kunnen deze locatie warm aanbevelen. "

"The property is very close to several churches, museums and the castle. Some of the ammenities like the pool, jacuzzi, spa are closed due to maintenance, and the parking lot is not on site, some walking required. The breakfast quality and selection were excellent!"

"Our large group of family and friends loved our stay. Even with spotty weather (Spring rains) we were either cozy or basking in the sun by the pool. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, thoughtful host….we loved this spot. Todi was wonderful too - very few tourists and lots of places to eat. This is our 4th villa stay and this is now one of our very favorites!"

"Le personnel était bien gentil. Par contre, l’état des lieux laisse à désirer. Si vous voulez des défis de troubleshooting. Le disjoncteur principal n’a pas arrêté de sauté tout au long du séjour. Le lave vaisselle n’était finalement pas branché. J’ai eu du plaisir à trouver de quelle façon le faire fonctionner. Des insectes se trouvaient dans l’appartement. Il n’y avait pas d’allumettes pour allumer le poêle au gaz. J’ai eu aucun plaisir."

The check in process was definitely a disappointing experience to me and I lost 1 night since I tried to communicate in every way possible with the hotel with ZERO success. I tried the number Expedia shared, I tried the number THEY share, Whatsapp, email… I asked if I could arrive at 9-10pm since they say check in ends at 5pm, at 8pm… I had some car rental hiccups and could get earlier. "Daniel was the best! He was kind and quick to answer texts. checked to make sure we needed anything and was quick to recommend places to eat. Evening steered us away to a tourist trap and instead to an amazing meal at a local restaurant. the place was located perfectly for those who are going on cruise and want to get there the night before. "We only stayed for one night before our cruise but this apartment was very nice! Easy to find, great location, and very easy to get to the cruise terminal. Our communications with the property owner were very good. It is as advertised, and we would defiantly stay there again. Shops and eateries right down the stairs from the apartment!! Thank you!"

" We had an unforgettable stay at Tenuta Fogliani. The property is brand-new, elegant, and set in the stunning Umbrian countryside. Our suite was spotless and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views.
