This home has a spacious living room, dining room, beautiful brand new well equipped kitchen, powder room and laundry room as well as a beautiful in law suite on the first floor with decks off the kitchen and in law suite.
On the second floor you`ll find the principal bedroom with with en suite bathroom with double vanity, a bunk room the sleeps up to 6 a 3rd bedroom with queen bed and Jack and Jill bathroom. This house has plenty of space to have a good time or find a quiet place and relax.

You will have access to entire home and fenced in back yard minus the garage.

Short walk to the beach. Automobile is needed to get into town. Ride sharing options are available.

We want everybody to have a great time but please remember that this home is in a residential area and some of our neighbors have young families or elderly. Out of respect for them, we request that after 10 PM any activities that are taking place outside don`t involve loud music or partying.

Our recyclers will take clean cardboard and glass and clear plastic bottles if the property has clear trash bags recyclables in these bags can be deposited in the blue recycle bins if you are uncertain if an item is recyclable include it in the regular trash. We`re concerned about the environment and appreciate your help with recycling.
