"The bathroom and shower are shared. This is not emphasized in the booking page. we wouldn’t have booked if we knew. But, the overall experience is fine."

"The property has so much to offer. The amenities and the grounds are impeccable. The 2 restaurants are well managed and the food was excellent. Compliments the 2 sommeliers like Maurizio. The highlight of our stay was the spa and pool at the spa. The landscape is beautiful. Overall, my wife and I had a great time at Castelfalfi and we plan to return."

"A beautiful property. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Great value for money and would recommend. It was a shame the bar wasn’t open earlier and it would have been nice to have a coffee during the day, maybe reception staff could have done this? A little far out from the centre but of you are happy to walk 40 mins or so not a problem. Bus was also available but couldn’t work out how to pay for that without paying double on the bus!"

"ALERT! Manager will try to deny this review as he said to us when leaving - THE POOL. Nice view and pool but we had to get our own towels from a bag. We had to clean chairs off of food/cigs & towels after waiting patiently for help. The one pool employee was never proactive. Also BEWARE, the hotel rents out the pool to outside parties so you may be left without anywhere to sit or get service which happened to us on July 21st. THE ROOM, is in high need of renovations. Dirty, bugs, ants...

"The location of the property was great (close to Michelangelo Piazzala and reasonable walk to other main attractions) and the customer service was excellent. I had a single room that was basic dorm style room with private bath (but did not look like the online picture, which I think was a double room picture not single room); I think a large person would struggle moving around in the shower but it was fine for me. Room was clean. There's an elevator to take you up to the lobby if you don't like...

"A beautiful hotel located approx 25 min walk from ponte vechio bridge. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Dogs are welcome. Breakfast was continental with plenty of choice. Pool area clean. 2 shaded areas about 6 sun beds were out when we were there plus deckchair type seats. You are given a towel to use by the pool on arrival. Pool cold so ery cooling in the heat. 1 downside was the pool did need some updating of the tiles at the bottom of it. There is a bararea all very historic in...

"We never saw anyone working at the front desk the entire stay. Seemed a bit strange."

"Great for my purpose not needing to go to the center of the old town 20 mins away. So close to the airport and to my storage facility. A great supermarket close by and a lovely breakfast provided."
