"Fantastic hotel in a great location. Very quiet (and crucially away from the noisy main road), but still close enough to walk to restaurants, bars and shops. Feels more authentic and local than touristy Bellagio. The staff are all incredible - so friendly, chatty and welcoming. We loved our stay."

"Our family had an incredible stay at this property. The views and the property itself were breathtaking! The terraced vegetable garden was so beautiful to explore and we enjoyed the pool and the solarium with the hot tub very much. We felt very relaxed while on the Villa. "Lovely hotel and grounds. We had a room on the 3rd floor with two balconies affording us stellar views of the mountains and lake. The rearward facing balcony was quiet and peaceful. "This was a stunning hotel right on Lake Como. Beautiful views. Breakfasts were excellent and the restaurant made beautiful meals. There was an issue with leaking AC in our room when we arrived but it was attended to and fixed right away. I'm not sure what VIP Access is/was so I don't know if we had that or not. Would definitely stay again. We were surprised how well-located and how good things were considering it wasn't as expensive as soon. Great value for the cost."
