"We had a great stay at this boutique hotel. Reception staff were very helpful and attentive. They helped us with booking dinner reservations at restaurants nearby. As a guest, we got lake access at the day beds. Also we got premium seating with the amazing view. The room was clean and breakfast buffet was nice. Highly recommend! "

"We spent 4 nights here and had the breakfast on one occasion. The hotel is perfectly situated between Lenno and Tremezzo ferry stops and has a pizza takeaway, restaurant and a convenience shop within a 5 min walk- in addition to the on site restaurant and bar. The hotel breakfast was worth the €10 pp as there was fresh fruit options, snacks and biscuits, pastry, toast and meats and cheese as well as juices and coffee. "We stayed at Hotel Bazzoni in Tremezzo and had the most fantastic stay. The location was perfect with Lake Views and directly across from the Ferry port. Our room was modern and fairly spacious. We relaxed at the pool. The breakfast was lovely. The bar was the best part. The staff were lovely and in particular Victoria who made the most outstanding cocktails. We had a cocktail in the grand hotel and returned to our bar as Victoria’s cocktails were far superior ⭐️ "

"Big bedroom with excellent size and comfortable bed. Great balcony overlooking the lake, but it is on a busy road so it can get noisy. Sofa in lounge is not particularly comfortable for relaxing in the evening. General location is good for Lenno via the Greenway. The apartment did have a slight smell of smoke upon arrival. "

"Our family of 3 had a great time staying at the property. The only issue was the Wi-Fi, it was very weak and dropped constantly. Besides that, other things were nice. It’s close to water taxi, as well as ferry to Bellagio/Verrana (10 mins walk to your left), ferry to Como & bus are few step on the right. Would stay here again. "

"We had a great experience at Locanda Della Maria. Laura and Giovanni were hospitable and friendly. We had the room in the top floor which was spacious and quiet. Parking was easy and the surrounding area quiet and pretty. "

"Daniel was just amazing and the property has been very thoughtfully managed. Pool is immaculate. Location is just excellent and central to Bellagio. Only point of feedback would be the mattress in the bed being a little more comfortable. We will be back!"

"Beautiful condo/apartment, right off the water near pier 2 for the ferry. Slept 4 people comfortably and was within walking distance to everything we wanted to do, as well as the ferry which was a short trip to Varenna, Tremezzo, San Giovanni, etc. I choose this specifically because I was traveling with a type 1 diabetic and it had afforded all the conveniences that were needed, including small fridge, electric stove, dishes etc, and a small market nearby.
